This simple answer came about while Spud was watching his wife do rack deadlifts one day and noticed the belt kept rolling up into the rib cage and limiting range of motion so she had a harder and uncomfortabletime getting to the bar. To find the proper belt size please measure the area on your body where the belt will be worn. On most people, this will be the belly area at your belly button. A waist measurement will not give you an accurate size for the belt. Once you have found your measurement subtract 2″ from that number to get your belt size. For example, if your measurement at your belly button is 36″ you would subtract 2″ to come up with 34″. Your belt size would be a medium.
