Q. When will I get my workouts?
A. You will be emailed a login to access your workouts within 24 hours of purchase.
Q.Does the program vary from month to month?
A. Yes, the skeleton of the Cube program remain the same but there are variations and progressions in the program.
Q. Do I need strongman equipment to follow the templates?
A. I have included substitution exercises during the week in case you dont have equipment, but to do the Saturday training you do need equipment. But if you could only follow the Monday through Friday portion of the program, that would still be a great way to train for strongman without the equipment.
Q. Can I progress on the program from month to month?
A.Yes every month progresses and goes in 12 week waves.
Q. Can I sign up for more than a month at a time?
A. Yes, you can sign up for a full year of monthly programs up front, or 3 months up front, both at a discounted price.
Q. Are these physical programs?
A. No, they are digital downloads that will be emailed to you.
