This is the most comprehensive book on mobility written specifically for strongman athletes that I’ve seen. It includes a series of assessments you can do to determine your own mobility levels, and a library of movements that you can work on to improve your own mobility in various aspects. This is a topic that is often neglected when it comes to strongman training, but can be a real benefit if you are trying to avoid injuries and be able to perform at your best.
