Training the farmer walk just got easier! These handles can hold as much weight as you can pick up and probably more. These handles can turn any 45 lb plate or hundred into a farmer walk handle so no more excuses because you don’t want to spend the money on an implement and you sure can’t say your gym doesn’t have room to store these handles. They are small enough to fit in your gym bag so you can still get work in even if you have to train at a crappy gym. The rotating handles make holding heavy weight even more of a challenge so if you need a stronger grip you need these!

Each set includes (2) 8′ straps with (2) handles and an industrial slide buckle to fasten the weight and adjust for any person’s height. Handles have a steel core coated with a textured rubber layer that is 6″ long and 1.5″ in diameter.
