I’ve been following Josh since 2021 right before he set the world record with the Dennie Stone hold. As a guy almost the exact same age as Josh I look at him as an inspiration, someone to look at to remind me that excuses are no reason to quit. there are lots of great stories and inspirational quotes that can help motivate you too! I was getting goosebumps when he tells the story about the first competition he won!
